Dear Sir, The original machine you purchased was £199 and as this was unavailable we offered you an alternative which was at virtually cost price. This was a very special offer and you agreed to the upgrade. You were also given the option to cancel for an immediate refund. The upgrade you went for is an excellent machine and I'm sure you are happy with it. Thank you for your custom.
Kind regards, James
