Thank you for your review and I am sorry you have found this. I have looked into this and can see that our supplier does not supply offcuts but would match the timber that you required to install your monitor arms, this was not a fault we the desk but as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to go halves on the price. As you did not want to pay for this we also offered to collect the desk once it had been packaged up and refunded in full. From our point of view, we have offered to help out for you to make your monitor arm more stable ( which we did not supply) and also for you to have a full refund but either you did not want to accept so I am sorry but there was nothing else we are able to offer. Also as a side note and clarification Full Range Furniture is our holding company and chairoffice is one of our websites. There have been no name changes and reviews are posted to the website that they refer to via the website.
