Good Morning and please accept our apologies with regards to the delivery. We were trailing a new delivery company as they had promised great results but this was not the case and we are no longer going to use them. I am really pleased that you are happy with the product though. Jamie Welch

Thank you for your feedback and I would like to apologise that you have found these things to be the case. I have checked all of our email database and cannot find an email from yourself at all. We do take pride in our customer service along with our products and had we known would have certainly organised a replacement chair immediately to solve the problem. I will be looking into this and again would like to apologise however I am struggling to find that this complaint has ever been logged. Jamie Welch
