We were a little disappointed that there was a piece of the chair missing when…

We were a little disappointed that there was a piece of the chair missing when it was delivered and it took another day and a half to be sent out. Otherwise we were very happy.

I am sorry that there was a section of the chair missing we realised that the last batch had all arrived like this and had to source parts locally that took longer than expected.
