Box that chair came in was quite large (as needed) but there were no holes…

Box that chair came in was quite large (as needed) but there were no holes made in the cardboard for ease of carrying, both for the carrier and the customer.

Thank you for your review, please accept my apologies for the couriers and I will be taking this matter up with them immediately. I take your point re the instruction manual as this should have been in the box. We did email this over as soon as you advised us so that assembly could be made but please accept my apologies that this was not in the box. Jamie Welch
