the chair was good, assembly instructions fine, operators manual non existant which is probobly ok…

the chair was good, assembly instructions fine, operators manual non existant which is probobly ok if it went to a large office but it did`nt it came to my house so i have yet to work it.

arrived when expected but delivery driver refused to bring it up in the lift said…

arrived when expected but delivery driver refused to bring it up in the lift said he could not leave his vehicle as policy. This was not stated in delivery conditions on line when I purchased it

Thank you for your review.I am sorry you did not see on the FAQ's that the delivery is only kerbside as this is standard with all couriers on boxes of this size. I am pleased we have remedied the issue with the bolts by screwing them all in loosely first so that everything is aligned before tightening. We do sell a large volume of this chair and do not have issue's with the bracing bar but should you find that there is an issue down the line we would guarantee this part anyway. Jamie Welch
