Chairs arrived without bolts or alan keys - terrible customer service

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you experienced this and have escaleted this so that it does not happen in future, I have also been advised that when the products were returned the bolts and alan key fittings were fixed to the base of the chairs.

Double check everything

Called at 4.40pm -- Office closed despite recording saying you close at 5pm manager chair incorrectly descibed -- (Seat width stated as being 57cm whereas its nearer to 51cm --major difference!!!)

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to see your review. I am pleased the issue has now been rectified and that the incorrect chair had been sent. I have checked the call records and the message advises we are on the telephone and close a 5.00PM and can confirm that we were on the phones.
