I am sorry to read your comments. Are you sure that's our service you had an issue with? You placed your order at 1pm on the 29/06. We dispatched it to you at 3pm on the same day and you signed for the parcel the next day 9.17am on the 30/06. You selected the free postage option and still received your item with a next day delivery service. We have no records of a call or emails from you during the 20 hours between you placing and receiving your order.

Hi....I am so sorry...it was to 'Overstock" that the review should have gone...I can't understand how I made the mistake. However...your parcel did arrive very promptly for which I was very grateful but the chain was very much finer than I thought I was buying so I did send it back...The refund was granted and paid in full...thank you very much... I must inquire more about the thickness of a chain before I buy another...The picture was very deceiving as it was in Over Stock.
Once again, very sorry for the mistake...I hope to buy from you in the future...

We understand how difficult it can be to shop for jewellery online so we add as much information together with supporting pictures. The product listing contains the chain thickness, the weight and also various pictures which includes one of a model wearing it. If there's anything else you think we could have added to help, your feedback is valuable.
We offer a free returns label so you could have posted it back to us for a refund. We are very sorry to hear it wasn't as expected.
