Unable to guarantee their service and hidden charges.

Perfectly polite service when I made my order on the phone, although the woman wasn’t particularly knowledgeable about the delivery arrangements. Other staff and the manager were perfectly polite,...

Thank you for your feedback! We're really pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the quality of the logs. We also appreciate your comments regarding the courier. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the larger lorry. While the delivery was successfully completed, we understand how this caused some challenges with parking and traffic. We’ll be addressing this with our couriers to ensure future deliveries follow the correct vehicle guidelines, as stated on your order. If you're willing, we would be grateful if you could reconsider your review to reflect the positive aspects of the delivery as well. We value your business and always strive to improve our services based on customer feedback. Thank you again for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you again in the future! Kind regards, The Certainly Wood Team

The driver informed me that all the 7.5 tonne lorries were in use that day: hence the larger lorry used. If it was not possible on the day in question I would be willing to accept another day: as long as the courier discussed it with me.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We understand that Firekits may seem a bit pricier compared to buying in bulk, but they offer significant convenience, especially for those with access difficulties or limited storage space. We believe that the ease and flexibility of having a compact, ready-to-use firelighting solution justifies the price for many of our customers. Our Firekits are designed to provide a hassle-free experience, with everything you need in one neat package, making them perfect for those who want to enjoy a cosy fire without the bulk or complexity of larger quantities. For future reference, if you are looking for an alternative way to "fill in" on kiln dried logs, you could always use this page to see who your nearest Certainly Wood stockist is: https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/apps/how-to-buy-firewood. If you’re willing, we’d appreciate it if you could consider updating your review to reflect your experience with the product’s convenience and quality. Your feedback is important to us, and we’d love to ensure your experience with Certainly Wood is a positive one! Kind regards, The Certainly Wood Team

The order was delivered as promised on time. Rather than leave at the start of the drive the driver delivered straight to the front door.??
