We really appreciate your wonderful review and your continued custom, Tony! We're delighted to hear you were happy with your purchase of our Kiln dried logs and KindleFlamers natural firelighters. With regards to your comment about the cost per log in our small bags, this is because the small bags are hand packed and sealed whereas our bulk bags are tipped full. We understand that not everyone is able to accommodate a bulk bag though, so it is great to hear that you find the small bags much more convenient for you. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and we look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for your review of our Flaming Firewood. We sent out free bags of Flaming Firewood bags and a 3 pack of KindleFlamers natural firelighters as part of a promotion so that our customers can give them a try. Our Flaming Firewood is made up of the off cuts of our standard kiln dried logs so they come in a mix of shapes and sizes unlike our standard logs which are more uniform. Whilst you can use the Flaming Firewood in log burners to supplement your standard logs, it works most effectively in fire pits, chimeneas, outdoor cooking and camp fires. We hope that you will try it again one day in one of these to see the real value in it. Best wishes, Hayleigh
