Certainly Wood Recensioni

Thank you for your kind words regarding our customer service and our products, David. We are very sorry that we are unable to supply you in bulk going forward due to the changes in our delivery methods. We hope that a solution can be found in future but if not, it might be worth considering our small courier option for Fire Kits (https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/products/logs-in-boxes). Communications about our change in delivery were sent out multiple times, including on our email newsletters, the checkout page on our online store and the order confirmation email. Thank you for being a loyal customer and we wish you the best for the future. Best wishes, The Certainly Wood Team

Thank you very much for your feedback and thank you for your time over email where we could discuss your latest delivery. We are thrilled that you are pleased with the service provided by our team. We work hard to deliver a smooth and pleasant experience, and it’s wonderful to know we succeeded. We appreciate your comments regarding the quality of your logs. I have passed them onto the production team and they have said that, as wood is a natural product, not all logs will look the same and we are confident that your logs will still burn just as well as previous orders you have received. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh
