Certainly Wood Recensioni

Thank you for your honest feedback. We appreciate you taking your time to leave a review and that you have rated our Weathershield so highly. Our Weathershield was designed with perforations to allow airflow, but because of this, there is the possibility of some water coming through in particularly heavy rain. The majority of water will still be kept out and, should your logs receive a thin layer of water, this will not make any difference to the burn quality of our logs as they are kiln dried throughout and the airflow that the Weathershield allows will help dry any moisture from the rain off quickly. We look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we appreciate your continued custom. We're really sorry to hear that you were not happy with your delivery experience. As explained on placing the order over the phone, and as listed in our terms and conditions, Palletline offer a kerbside delivery service and, as there was no kerb at your property, it was delivered to the end of your drive. We would be happy to explore other delivery options with you when you are ready to order, such as small parcel delivery or potentially a van delivery, so don’t hesitate to contact our support team and we will be happy to help. Although we are currently unable to take the bulk bags and crates back, we are constantly exploring options on how you can re-use our packaging. You can find some exciting ideas on what to do with our crates and pallets in the blog posts below:https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/blogs/news/what-to-do-with-your-empty-firewood-crates https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/blogs/news/the-ultimate-guide-to-disposing-of-old-pallets-top-tips-and-tricks You can find out our reasoning for ending our bulk bag return scheme here: https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/blogs/news/why-are-we-removing-our-return-your-empty-bulk-bag-service Please note that our bulk bags are made of 100% recyclable flexi-plastics, you will just need to check with your local council to make sure that they will take them at kerbside collection. I've passed your comments onto the team, and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

It makes our day hearing about how much our customers love our Flamers natural firelighters! We love hearing you call them the "perfect firelighter" and are thrilled you have chosen to use our firelighters for a number years. I have passed on your review to our team and look forward to assisting you in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for your wonderful review! We will be sure to pass on your kind words about Graham, the driver, on to the couriers for you. We are delighted to hear that you are happy with your log delivery. The sample bag you received was our Great Value Kiln dried logs. These logs are Birch wood and are still considered a hardwood - they are just not as dense as Oak or Ash. We look forward to hearing your thoughts when you get round to burning them. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Many thanks for your 5 star review on our Flamers 200! We are thrilled you love them and that your delivery arrived quickly. We look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh
