Good service from an efficient operation

Very efficient. The delivery costs could be made more obvious, as they added 25% to the cost of my order.

Small logs

Service is excellent. A pity the product is so disappointing. Majority of “logs” are small some almost kindling.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you found our service excellent, but we’re sorry to hear that the logs did not meet your expectations on this occasion. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We will be in touch with you directly to discuss the issues with your order and look to resolve this for you. Kind regards Abbie Duce
