Certainly Wood Recensioni

Thank you for your feedback. Our courier requires that all items are securely packaged in boxes, so unfortunately this is not something we are able to change at present. We do understand concerns around excessive packaging and are always looking for ways to improve. In future, why not try our Firekits? This may be a suitable alternative, as they are designed to provide everything needed in a more compact format and there is less packaging involved. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

We love hearing how pleased our customers are with our kiln dried wood! Quality and consistency are our priorities, and it’s always rewarding to know our customers see it too! We appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback and look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and are very sorry for the poor quality kindling you received on this occasion. We really appreciate being able to talk through your comments and concerns with our kindling over the phone. This is not the standard we expect from our products and we are glad we were able to show you this by sending you a replacement box free of charge. We would be grateful if you would consider revisiting and updating your review and hope we will have the opportunity to assist you again in future. Best wishes, The Certainly Wood Team
