They are contracted to come out to you on a 7.5 tonner - if they turn up on larger, please feel free to turn them away! With regards to the m3 bags, we are currently looking into a way for these to come back to us (we like re-cycling) so stay tuned..... Alex Sales Manager at CW

Garry Following our conversation a few moments ago, sorry the wood was rather dirty/dusty. Hopefully just a one off, but apologies. Do check with your moisture meter the internal reading to check and let me know if too high. I am looking at ways to get the bags returned via Royal Mail, but so far proving to be v. expensive. You could use them for garden waste or of course they can be sent for recycling Nic MD

Thank you for your prompt reply, i have done as you suggested and my findings are printed below. i have started to use wood from a previous delivery and the difference is plain to see. i realise that things like this happen, even in a successful business such as yours, mistakes will and do happen, i'd like to make it known that my rating of poor only appertains to the last bag delivered, i have been more than happy with previous deliveries direct from certainly wood and i will continue to purchase your products. Thank you once again for your time and advice.
