This is the first time we have had any feedback along these lines for our scalp treatment so we are really sorry to hear it. There could be a number of things at play here in terms of what other products you are using and application and so on. What I would always recommend as with any products is that it is advised to give it some time to allow the product to work and there is sometimes an adjustment period when changing to new products, especially products like ours with very high naturally derived ingredients. We do understand however that everybody's hair is completely unique to them.
