Easy to access and set up the insurance, competitive price, appears to be good cover, very straightforward but haven't yet had to utilise the insurance or contact the firm.

I don't appreciate renewals being made automatically, with no reminders and money being taken out of the bank account with no advice in advance. Bad, bad customer service.
