Hello, thank you for your valued feedback. I do sincerely apologise that our delivery speed didn't meet expectations on this occasion. This was an order placed in the afternoon, which then had a knock on effect for the 3-5 working day delivery; the supplier actually delivered it on the 6th working day. I am so sorry for any inconvenience that caused.
