Service from caterkwick was fine but moving the problem on to parry doesn’t solve my issues with the product

Thanks for the review. I understand from our internal notes that you were having some trouble with temperature. Like many brands, Parry like to look after their own warranty. We have great communications with them so this shouldn't be a problem in resolving your issue. If you are still struggling of course please let us know.
