Thank you for your feedback. We're really sorry to hear you're unhappy with the postage cost. Unfortunately, as a small business, we don’t have control over how couriers define their delivery zones, the charges for certain areas, including parts of the Highlands, are set by them, not by us. We completely understand your frustration, and we do wish we could absorb the extra cost, but as a small company, it’s simply not sustainable for us to do so. too many emails

It seems good, aside from repeated follow up emails insisting on a rating. I have not unpacked or installed the actual product yet So it is becoming a bit annoying.

Super fast delivery and excellent customer service. The lion was slightly larger than what I thought, but it’s lovely! Easy to move with a foot, but sturdy to hold the door.
