Terrible service. Carpet was faulty and customer service is not responding to emails. If I could give NO stars I would. Carpet cost £500 and is appalling. The stripes aren't straight and the backing...

Great prices, terrible customer service
One of the six items was missing, they promised three times to deliver it and it didn’t turn up. When it eventually did, it was two weeks late and we had to pay the fitter to come back a second time....

Piece of carpet ordered 25 July did not receive it until mid September. Courier told them he had delivered when he had not, spoke to a different operative at the company every time, all lovely and...

do not use this company they will take your money and not deliver anything
ordered from them before with no problems until now 16 days from ordering and still no carpet 3 failed deliveries lies from customer services i demanded a refund the only thing they managed to get...
