We are sorry to hear that you weren’t contacted by our technical team and will endeavor to correct our procedures so that this doesn’t happen in the future.
As discussed on the telephone, this is only a small lightweight magnet and we would recommend a superglue to secure it, however please ensure that the existing tape residue is removed prior to applying the glue.
