Affordable personalised cards and gifts with fab website & service!!
Super quick delivery, even of personalised items. I was delighted with the apron I got personalised, not just printed on but embroidered... looked so much more expensive than it was!

Took money but didn't send order as claimed didn't get payment
Have always thought highly of card factory however last occasion was a complete mess up and resulted in cards been late. Even though it was their fault there was no apology and I felt I was expected...

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry about the issues you have had with this order, this is not our usual level of service. We usually expect these deliveries to be with you between 1-2 working days, so i am sorry that it was later than this.

On this occasion we have refunded you in full for this order due to the inconvenience caused. We hope if you order with us again we can give a better experience and level of service to you.

I ordered a photo mug excellent quality and done to high standard
