The customer service at Captain Cook Cruises is second to none. The staff in the office were so incredibly helpful, while the staff on board were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable.

The crew were friendly but seemed to lack information about birds seen. I thought the MC talked too much. The facilities were clean
