1-Very slow in action.

It took almost 7 months i get my mortgage. Difficult to contact with person who works on my case.

Thanks for your feedback which we always welcome. As you know our role as mortgage advisers is to get you a formal mortgage offer and I'm really sorry you are disappointed with the service. I can see that we submitted your application on 3 August 2016 and obtained you a formal mortgage offer on 25 August 2016. This is 3 weeks and 1 day - I appreciate you have been delayed in the buying process even despite having our offer since August and we of course are saddened that you feel that we are partly to blame.
