I am sorry you feel disappointed with the service. In light of the documents being in Chinese, the lender exercised its discretion and wanted to undertake their own translation. I know you appreciate that only 1 lender in the UK, will deal with the combination of an applicant living in China, paid in US Dollars, the other applicant recently employed, in a probationary period, lending into retirement and looking to purchase a residential property, with an applicant not residing there. This was an extraordinary case. I appreciate your case has not been straightforward and we are pleased we have secured you an offer within 19 business days of submitting your application.
