Great service

Expensive but good service. Got me an expat mortgage relatively easily where others couldn't. Lots of docs required but they are careful to convert everything off before risking incomplete submission.

Thanks for your feedback. I've looked at our systems and your comments are fair. We normally can work to 15 -20 business days from receipt of documents to obtaining a mortgage offer and can see that in your case, this has over-run, due to delays with the lender and their case volumes. Not great and we will raise this with the lender, given this was nearly 8 weeks and is not to the standard we pride ourselves upon.
