Other companies had just dismissed our claim because of our age , being pensioners no one seemed to want to take us on although we had good credit ratings

Overall very happy with outcome

Although covid 19 has had a marked impact on service standards I believe better distribution of manpower would help improving service speed.

The agent kept us updated with the process and worked on any bottlenecks.

The agent was respectful and friendly. He was familiar with our profession which was a good start and we did not have to explain nor justify our taxing allowances.
