The item has a fairly long lead time and in this instance, it also took some time to reach the supplier’s minimum order threshold, which impacted delivery times. We have investigated, and have found that the parcel should have been sent via UPS, but was mis-sorted in our warehouse, and sent via Royal Mail in error.
