Nice people but too many minor and major injuries in our group. I still have lower back problems weeks after the event. Please don't bother refering me to their T's & C's.

Thanks very much for your feedback. As we always say without your valuable feedback we can't look to improve on what we do. We pride ourselves on our exemplary safety record and for the year to date we have only had a small number, in single figures, of minor incidents. To put this in context we've had over 2,000 people take part in our canyoning activity. It was unfortunate in this instance that you picked up a bump although I note you did have an existing back condition which was exacerbated whilst on activity. Obviously given the nature of the activity the prevailing weather/water conditions will have an impact on how demanding the day will be. Rest assured we will investigate this matter further to ensure incidents aren't repeated.
