Could I please ask going forward that when booking if you advise us with regards to issues with your knee and hip, if it is necessary to merge coaches and move seats we will do all we can to ensure your booking requirements are fulfilled. In terms of your previous holiday if a driver is instructing to clients to sit where they like I would encourage you call our office and this will be addressed immediately.
