I would prefer to have more buttercream videos as that is the median I prefer to work with.

Thanks for the feedback. We worked with buttercream years ago and once Paul moved over to ganache there was no going back :-) But, certainly take your point that we need more buttercream tutorials and in fact we´re in touch with Valarie and Christine from the Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes who will be coming back to the studio early 2017 with some amazing buttercream work :-)

Thank you for such lovely feedback. We prefer to leave Paul´s mistakes in as we feel that its more realistic as to what happens in the kitchen when anyone´s making a cake. Delighted that you are getting results :-)

It´s often the way that the cakes look more complicated than they actually are. Once broken down into small steps it all becomes a lot more straightforward. Thanks for sharing.
The airbrush just takes a little practice and definitely worth practising off the the cake first of all until you can the results you´re looking for. Always start with light colours and you can cover them up if you´re not happy :-)

Classes are great, still having a bit of the buffering whilst watching your classes. It is much better through google chrome though.

If you´re watching through google chrome you can right click on the video where you can select the lowest viewing speed. It will have a little effect on quality, but should significantly reduce the buffering.
