The video instructions are clear and well presented. It would be helpful if more alternatives were given or what to do if you don't have one or two ingredients.

Paul makes everything easy to follow. The schools approach in rating their lessons easy, difficult etc makes it easy to choose your course at your own level. I would highly recommend them.
