The platform for video playing kept skipping sections of the video, or the image would "freeze" while watching the class. It was challenging to follow the course.
hi Bola, all our annual recurring members are automatically sent a reminder notifying them of the upcoming renewal 2 weeks before the payment is taken. Anyone who is charged and decide within the week that they do not want the membership for the coming year, receive a full refund. All our emails are answered within 12 hrs 365days a year so a quick email would have given you the solution you sought. The refund was processed within a hour of receipt of notification. Hope this helps :-)

As mentioned above a reminder was sent 2 weeks prior to renewal. It's possible that it could have ended up in spam, which can be prevented by adding hello@designer-cakes.com to your contact address book. Membership can be cancelled at anytime via the My Account menu or via your payment provider. All has been cancelled and refunded now.

It is nice. They explain things very well. I only would like to see more baking.
