Very pleased with the jacket. Quick delivery as well. Have still not received Rod Rests but was sent a letter to explain delay and given a probable delivery date, so happy with communications.

A good range of products, sometimes good discounts are available and a reasonable level of service. I have never had cause to complain so do not know how a complaint would be handled.

FISHTEC HAVE ALWAYS OFFERED A GREAT SERVICE AND WHEN THEY HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEIR COMPUTERS THEY INFORMED ME THE SAME DAY AND DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY, ALSO WHEN 1 PRODUCT WAS OUT OF STOCK THEY PERSONALLY RANG ME, NOT EMAILED, AND SUGGESTED AN ALTERNATIVE AND GAVE ME POSTAGE FREE FOR YHE INCONVENIENCE. I CANNOT FAULT THEM AND WILL CERTAINLY USE THE WEBB SITE FOR ALL MY FISHING NEEDS. BY THE WAY THE BAIT I BOUGHT FOR HOLIDAYS CAUGHT ME 60 CARP+ AND I BANKED A PERSONAL BEST CARP OF 18 lb IN A WATER THAT ONLY HAS FISH UP TO 20lb. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING
