Although initially out of stock, I was kept fully informed of the likely delivery date. As it was the product was delivered a week before I was expecting it.

I ordered the wrong size jacket and they exchanged it for the correct size promptly and without any fuss. I also forgot to double check my order and I hadn’t ticked off the buy one get one free...
