Great Service
Customer Service rep was really quick to get back to me & alter the delivery date. Ordering was easy as well. Yet to use the product otherwise I expect it would have been a full five stars.

The best bye far.
The best way to buy toilet paper all recyclable and no plastic, it last longer than leading brands and when you buy a box they plant a tree what a great way to help the planet.

Hi, thank you for your detailed feedback - we really appreciate this. We have already tested a 'naked' roll format in cartons and without individual wrappers and thankfully it has passed our tests so this product will be available from next month (we were concerned about shipping the toilet rolls without wrapping in case the paper absorbed moisture in transit, but happily this did not happen). Moving the logo is a great idea for improved reuse - we will look at our designs. Many thanks, Team Bumboo
