Prompt service and easy ordering system. Have yet to use the product but it feels very soft when I unwrapped a roll.

You need to go further to make this as truly eco-friendly as it could be.

Hi, thank you for your detailed feedback - we really appreciate this. We have already tested a 'naked' roll format in cartons and without individual wrappers and thankfully it has passed our tests so this product will be available from next month (we were concerned about shipping the toilet rolls without wrapping in case the paper absorbed moisture in transit, but happily this did not happen). Moving the logo is a great idea for improved reuse - we will look at our designs. Many thanks, Team Bumboo
