BSO are OK, however they used Travis Perkins who yet again let me down (why I stopped using them before). Fair enough got a refund from BSO. In addition asked for delivery after 0930. Appreciate they do not do specific time requests, but felt anytime after 0930 was not too tricky and was not in my view a specific time request such as deliver at 1300, for example. Managed to save £60 with another local merchants so in the end was disappointed with the price as well from BSO.

Hi thanks for the feedback and we are sorry you did not have a good experience. Sometimes on smaller heavy side orders we may use a third party. In this instance it seems that you were let down and we do apologise. We have looked into the matter to try and ensure this does not occur again.

The product was a day late down to royal mail but telephone service was excellent, I would have not qualms about buying from BSO again.

tried to charge me a fee of £90.00 +for a re delivery as the 18 tonne lorry first sent out was far to large to maneuver the roads, the second lorry was much better and the driver most helpful ...

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Just to clarify a couple of points we would like to point out that we do state on our delivery page that there needs to be access for a vehicle up to 26 tonnes, that deliveries are kerbside using a pallet truck and that someone should be on site to help the driver. We would always encourage customers to read the delivery page prior to placing an order to make sure that they are aware of how goods are delivered to avoid any problems. Good communication, delivery a bit later than hoped but not awful. Received a message on the morning to say my delivery would turn up at one time but actual arrival was 3 hours earlier.
