They could ask if clients are happy with the services offered. Instead they just go ahead and auto renew. No offer of any help during Coronavirus.

Yes

Dreadful customer service, a policy set up without payment taken. I had to chase twice for a callback for payment to be made. Never got a call back

Not worth the hassle

Not happy with the service at all, renewal comes in way after renewal date and very expensive for what it is. Even had trouble cancelling policy as you can get the phone to connect to a human.

We're sorry you didn't receive your original renewal email which was sent to you back in September before your policy renewal was due.
