i think it is good value and generally good delivery unlike last time where i had to chase them to find out where my order was

Sorry to hear / learn of your frustration, I can relate to this. Our system should notify of shortfalls and provide an option to wait or part ship by email. Obviously you've not received the email and I'll investigate with our customer service team.

Very effecient company and products just as described
it was a while ago but i dont remember any problems, the servic emust have been good and arrived in god time or i would have remembered it , i still have them on my favourites and intend to use them...
