Very satisfied

Lack of promise

The service was acceptable but the fact I was disqualified from the gift card because I have an older policy was not right.

I have several policies with different insurance companies. I have 2 or more policies with them a d on each occasion have received the gift card. I have no issues with the content of the policy but I do feel that even though you advertise a gift card value to honour the promise does let the company down. I am considering exercising my cooling off period.

Easy to set up no hard sell, simple and effective solution to an issue we had , plan put in place , straight. Forward no HARD SELL SET UP AN POLICIES IN PLACE , awaiting paperwork through the post
