My comment about the coach being totally inadequate has not been addressed at all by Brightwater. I therefore lower my score for the tour from 4 stars to 3.

You have made no comment about the first hotel on Benbecula. The room we had was in a very dilapidated condition. However the public rooms had been renovated but even the hotel sign and front door were in a poor state. I do hope you will convey our response on this. Also you have not commented on the timing issue at the start of the trip. Starting 4 hours earlier for the majority of the passengers was very difficult because the route had been reversed as well as the timing brought forward. Most people had chosen to start from Glasgow because it was the last pick up at a civilised hour. The late notification made changes impossible and yet the ferry timetable must have been known sometime before.

Disappointed with the lack of a speedy response considering that the lives of customers was at risk from a dangerous driver. I had to ask him to pull over to protect my fellow travellers and to give him time to calm down. You spoke to me a week ago and I had hoped to receive another call back rather than a response to a feedback form I sent in weeks ago. Because of this lack of communication I regret that I have reduced my stars to bad. Customers lives were at risk and without us you don't have a business.
