That said, we would like to sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused regarding the visit to Mount Congreve House & Gardens. We completely understand how the expectation of a visit to the Waterford Crystal site, and the realisation that the gardens were located outside of Waterford town, may have been frustrating. We appreciate your honesty, and your comments will be shared with our Product Team to review how we communicate and present these experiences more clearly in future.
We’re also very sorry to learn of the scheduling issue that impacted your plans to visit Oban Distillery. It’s regrettable that the timing following the Loch Ness boat tour did not allow for your pre-booked experience, and that we were unable to assist with rescheduling. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this caused, especially given the excitement and planning that goes into arranging these personal highlights. We are pleased, however, that our team was able to support you with other queries and changes throughout the process.
