We were contacted b the company when payment was due. Staff polite and helpful. Contacted by delivery team who gave us a detained between times. Delivery staff were excellent, and even moved position...

Proactive service, quick to clear up queries
It was a shame their website said something was in stock when it wasn't, but they were very quick to inform me of the error and processed the refund immediately. They also sent me the wrong item...
