Pickering Shop staff delightful
What a very helpful lady I spoke with at the Pickering shop. She promised to ring me straight back once she’d dealt with my enquiry, which she did. Excellent customer service.

I've been using Botham's for a while now, and they never fail to deliver anything other than perfection each and every time! Great service, and wonderful cakes :)

Great customer service, delicious cake and biscuits - ordered the simnel cake and Easter biscuits, enjoyed by all the family. A slice of Whitby when we couldn’t go to visit. Delivery- informed...

A really tasty box of treats
Easy ordering, efficient delivery and nice tasty fresh products, something different from the normal fare in the shops. Worth the delivery costs for a treat! Well packaged for delivery

the shop collection was very good but the hop into easter hamper was disappointing as it contained no jam or cheese but everything else was lovely.Service was good
