Dear Zuzana, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, our customers' comments are very important to us. Although I'm pleased to hear Boori came highly recommended in your search for nursery furniture, I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, as advised by our Customer Services Manager, our delivery partner is unable to perform collections at this moment in time to protect the safety of their employees and our customers. As a brand who partners with many independent and national retailers, we are unable to offer a price match policy. Once again I'm ever so sorry to hear you feel negatively about your experience with Boori and I hope that we have been able to come to a satisfactory conclusion for you. Best wishes, Rebecca

Hello Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us, your feedback is very important and we'll pass this onto the relevant team for discussion. If you haven't already, may I please suggest reaching out to our Customer Services team via services@boori.com.au to discuss the compact cot? This certainly doesn't sound like our signature quality so if you could provide images that would be extremely helpful. Once again thank you for sharing your review, we're pleased to hear you were happy with the level of service you received. Best wishes, Rebecca
