The clasp on one of my bracelets was broken. I emailed Boho Betty and they replaced it immediately. Excellent customer service!

Great value for money and so much choice. Easy to order and arrived in a lovely presentation box with cute little pouches for each item. Will be definitely ordering again soon

Boho Betty service
Service was good but postage took a while considering the cost for such light items. They did send 10 percent code which helped off next purchase.
