They did what they promised
I exchanged my old hearing aids for the latest version. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very good session

Very happy with my new hearing aids can hear things I haven’t been able too
Service great hearing aids cost half what I have paid before and I can hear and do things that I have not been able to do for a long time eg talk on phone to my grand children

Technical problems meant a very long wait for my test, hence the 3 stars. No problems with staff, who were helpful and apologised for the delay

I am very disappointed with these hearing aids. They don't stay in my ears, keep moving out. For a start I would say that the tips need to be bigger. Need a lot of adjustment and I still don't...
