Support articles, videos & lock check functions are all available, you're also required to tick a box confirming you have read & understood the locking requirements before a policy purchase can be completed. Phone lines are open Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00. Our Customer Experience team will support you through the process of submitting a claim.
